What a standalone keypad is
A standalone keypad adds a number block to a laptop or compact keyboard. The keys are arranged in a 3-by-3 grid of digits with 0 below, the four arithmetic operators down the right and top, and Enter spanning two rows.
ISO or ANSI?
A numeric keypad has no ANSI/ISO distinction. What varies between models is the decimal key (dot or comma), the label on the top-left key (Num Lock on Windows keypads, Clear on Mac keypads) and whether Enter is one key tall or two.
